About
I work at the intersection of law, technology and business transformation. As Chief Digital Officer, I own the full stack of legal transformation: legal operations, process design, AI adoption, and go-to-market for new legal products. Before that, I helped scale one of Europe's large legal tech start-ups, expanding the customer base in the DACH, UK and Benelux markets.
The background is multidisciplenary: qualified as a lawyer in three jurisdictions (England & Wales, Ireland, and Germany), with over a decade in executive leadership and legal practice in Germany and the UK. I am experienced in how law firms buy, adopt, and resist technology in European markets.
Outside the firm, the lecture hall: I designed and teach the inaugural Legal Technology course at the University of Hamburg's Faculty of Law.
The thread running through all of it is the same - deploying technology and sharper business models to transform how legal services are built, priced, and delivered.
